Spring 2012

This spring will mark my 9th season and I can still say that I love my job. My absolute favorite part is all the relationships I have been so lucky to have established. Let's face it; Atlantic Boats would not be here without your support, loyalty and at times, understanding. I would like to say THANK YOU from our entire team.

I realize that boating may not be the first thing on your mind right now; although with the weather we have had, maybe it should! Spring is like being a kid in a candy store for me and Penny. It is the excitement of working together with you, reconnecting and creating results that could not happen without the camaraderie and confidence we have built.

For those of you who may have had someone tell you "It's not all about you", they are totally wrong. Behind the scenes, one by one, it is all about you as we review your files, look at your prior history and send all storage customers their recommended service check list with highlighted items as well as anyone we talk to or see at our window.

There is nothing more satisfying than seeing the dynamics of a well oiled process come together. We make a point to get our team familiar with you and your boat or engine from year to year. We even get "requests" from the staff and customers to work on particular jobs; which I think is "priceless".

In service, we sometimes receive kudos when we think we totally bombed your expectations and criticism when we played our "A-Game"; but at the end of the day what really matters is that Atlantic Boats has built wonderful relationships, achieved the utmost personal growth and fulfilled countless responsibilities and achievements. I am so proud to be your Service Manager here at Atlantic Boats. Better Boating .... Better Life!
